More Ancestors
Truls is considered a prototype. He is the cat that was used to develop the standard for Norwegian Forest Cat. It is hard to believe that this cat is the same pictured below in the man's arms. Not quite that same "wild" look to him .
This was a picture I received from Norway. On the back on it was written in pen the following along with his signature. "My arrival at the Oslo Airport after getting recognition of the Norwegian Forest Cat at the FIFE general meeting in Paris in November 1977. (My wife Helen laughing bright on the right) (Freddy among cat friends) Pan's Truls on my chest wishing me welcome home." Carl Nordane

This is Truls at his first show in Sweden 1977, right after FIFE acceptance.
